Purpose and use
PackaPalo is a PRINTED BY LEMON, S.L. (Bylemon) tool that provides an indicative packaging assessment from an image and the commercial context declared by the user.
Users must provide accurate information and upload only images they are legally entitled to use. The service may not be used unlawfully, to infringe third-party rights or to interfere with its operation.
Automated diagnosis
Scores and recommendations combine analytical rules, visual signals and, when available, an artificial-intelligence provider. They are creative and commercial guidance, not a legal, technical, accessibility, sustainability or regulatory audit.
The result does not guarantee sales, market acceptance or freedom from intellectual-property conflicts. An algorithm can spot symptoms; the shelf does not sign warranties.
Intellectual property
The PackaPalo brand, site design, copy, code, reports and proprietary visual content belong to PRINTED BY LEMON, S.L. or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced, distributed or adapted without authorization except where the law permits.
Rights in uploaded packaging images and brands remain with their respective owners. Uploading does not transfer those rights to Bylemon.
Liability and links
Bylemon applies reasonable availability and security measures, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or accept liability for incidents caused by third parties, force majeure or use contrary to these terms. External links are provided for reference and remain subject to their own terms.
Applicable law
Spanish law applies. Where legally permitted, disputes will be submitted to the courts of Madrid without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
